Caitlin was hired as an efficiency expert at D&D Advertising by Peter Burns during his brief involvement with the company. Being Peter's girlfriend, her goal was to take Amanda Woodward's place as president of the agency. She was fired when Peter briefly went to jail for trying to kill Amanda. She promised revenge but was not seen again.
